“Having the Show in August gives us the ability to host the event in the newly expanded Javits Center,” said Schienberg. “The larger convention center provides an additional 100,000 sq. ft. of continuous exhibit space on the main show floor.

The expansion also adds an ultra-modern 53,000 square-foot special event space that will be the largest of its kind in the Northeast. With incredible views of the Hudson River, the space will accommodate up to 5,000 guests for any special occasion.

Also included in the expansion plan is a 480,000 square-foot, 4-level marshaling facility, 27 new loading docks, 107,000 sq. ft. of new meeting room space, 113,000 sq. ft. of pre-function space, a rooftop pavilion accommodating 1,500 guests and a one-acre rooftop farm.
